On this Vision dated October 31, 2011 I saw the following:   During this night vision I saw myself standing with a white gown and I had around my neck several big silver rings.  I also saw the hands of a welder molding specifically other rings that were being designed for me but they were not ready.  They were going to be placed around my neck at a later time but the time was not now.  Later I heard a voice that told me you are ordained to follow the mandate of Zephaniah.    Until this day I have no clue what that means as far as what I am…
